REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. PRODUCT RETURNS
Gomes & Agonia Store does not accept returns of compliant products, meaning products delivered correctly, without defects, and matching the description presented in our online store.
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Product damaged during transport.
- Visible and proven manufacturing defect.
- Shipping error attributable to our store.
We do not accept returns due to customer mistakes, such as:
- Incorrect product, quantity, or option selection.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Exceptionally, we may accept exchanges for customer errors, provided the product is intact and in its original packaging. In such cases, return and reshipping costs are fully covered by the customer.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
If the product has a defect or shipping error:

- Attach clear photos of the product and the original packaging.
- Once the case is validated, we will provide return instructions.
3. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
Under Portuguese law, responsibility for damage caused during transport lies with Gomes & Agonia Store. If the product arrives damaged, we will cover all replacement costs, provided the customer reports the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provides evidence (e.g., photos of the packaging and the product).
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are not covered by Gomes & Agonia Store, except in cases where:
- The responsibility for the defect or error lies clearly with us.
For exchanges due to customer errors, the customer must properly package the item and cover all return and reshipping costs.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after:
- Receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Confirming the defect or shipping error.
Refund method:
- Online store: store credit (digital voucher).
- Physical store: store credit or cash refund, depending on the case.
The maximum refund period is 14 business days after validation.
6. GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE
This policy is valid only for orders delivered in Portugal and Spain.
